Experts say that in the present era digital goods such as computers and mobile phones are facing us with digital diseases. According to them, the blue screen of mobile are responsible for eye-diseases like eyesight, eye-drying, neck and waist pain and headaches.

How to prevent digital diseases?

According to experts, the first principle is 20 20 20. Look at thing for 20 second which is placed 20 feet away from your computer after each 20 minutes. Repeat your eyelashes again. Some people are so compassionate that they do not remember to blink them. The habit of licking the eyes slowly the eyes dry. Keep distance between the computer screen and you. Reduce your mobile and computer's brightness. Use such eye glasses that prevent ultraviolet radicals from being blinded.

Excellent Exercises for Eye Health Care

The best exercise is to look at different directions for improvement of eyesight. First round your eyes up and down. Repeat this process 5 times. Then move the eye-skins to the right and left and also see the right. Repeat this process to 3 times. Eye massage is also the best exercise. The eyesight can be improved by making your eyes calm and relaxed with help of hand. Due to this, the circulation of blood and surrounding eyes will improve.

Best Diet for Eye Health Care

Make part of the foods of your daily diet that are best for your eyes’ health. Cucumber and Carrots are most common foods among them. Fish is also best for eye’s health. Eat almonds instead of the snacks that increase the fat while working. These are good for the health of both eyes and minds.
